SMTP Dial-up Service Access Eleven can provide you with a range of static IP addresses for your network. This can be used for a mail server and other systems on your network require a static public IP address. This service also includes the provisioin for an SMTP feed for a single domain for your mail server via dial-up modem or ISDN connection.

Your mail server or Router is configured to connect to our dial-up service as often as you feel is appropriate to collect your mail. Access Eleven will hold mail for your domain on our mail servers until your server connects. When a connection is made via your Access Eleven SMTP dial-up account, the mail queue is sent to your server for processing. You may connect via modem or ISDN and can bond up to 8 channels together for 512 Kbs bandwidth, if desired.

This can be very cost-effective for companies who need to run their own mail-server, but do not require a dedicated connection, such as a leased line or ADSL.

If you require more static IP addresses, but still wish to use an SMTP dial-up then please look at Access Eleven's Routed Dial-up service, which provides everything the SMTP Dial-up can do plus adds additional static IP addresses for additional systems on your network.

Routed Dial-up can be setup very quickly and prices start from £199 per annum, including a range of static IP address and an SMTP queue for a single domain.

Additional domains may be setup at a charge of £30 per annum for each additional domain. There are no additional fees charged by Access Eleven for this service.
